Designed as interactive experiences, learning programs based on CMAG exhibitions and the Nolan Collection offer a wide range of experiences with an emphasis on art and history. Programs are held in the gallery spaces with accompanying practical sessions in the studio.
This learning program supports the permanent exhibition Canberra/Kamberri: Place + People
Students will engage with works from Nolan’s Kelly series then experiment during a hands-on art-making session.
Students will see three works of art in the gallery before creating their own artworks in the CMAG studio.
