NOLAN PROFESSIONAL LEARNING WORKSHOP FOR TEACHERS
Are you an art teacher who is too busy to make your own art? Would you like to work at a relaxed pace in a creative space? Be inspired and join Nolan education officer Kay Whitney for a printmaking workshop in the CMAG studio featuring monoprinting methods, materials and techniques. Monoprinting is a one-off method of printmaking that favours a playful and spontaneous approach to art-making and this is why Nolan favoured it. A range of materials will be used in this workshop and various monoprinting techniques and methods of presentation will be demonstrated, including how to make a digital collage of your work and exhibit it on social media. These workshops feature lesson plan ideas and resources that teachers can adapt for use in the art classroom.
