Saturday and Sunday, 8 - 9 July 10am - 3pm
Free drop in workshop
Help build a pop-up city in this drop-in workshop. Over the weekend, kids will create a collaborative cardboard city inspired by the exhibition How Cities Work using cardboard, paper, glue and coloured pencils.
James Gulliver Hancock, illustrator and designer of How Cities Work, will demonstrate simple techniques that will turn seemingly ordinary materials into an imaginative artwork.
Presented by Canberra Museum and Gallery, How Cities Work is a touring exhibition from Museums of History NSW.
